Mobile app

If you forget your password, you can reset it by using the “forget your password” link on the sign-in page. Follow the link and enter your email address or phone number. We will send you an email with a link or a verification code will be sent via SMS to reset your password. Then, simply enter a new password and reconfirm it to complete the password change.

Your app isn’t working as expected, try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Close all apps on your phone, then reopen your TF Value-Mart app.
  2. Sign out of your account, then log back in.
  3. Restart your device.
  4. Check for app updates and install the latest version. If none is available, check and update your phone’s operating system.
  5. Delete the app, then download it again

Please ensure that your phone is allowed to receive SMS from a 4-digits number. Always ensure you are using the same mobile number registered to your profile. If that doesn’t work too, kindly restart your mobile device to reestablish the network.

Membership point

Yes, you earn Infinite Membership Points on the condition that you are an active member.

Every 200 Infinite Membership Points equivalent to Ringgit Malaysia One (RM 1). Your total number of Infinite Membership Points will be converted into an equivalent cash value and credited into your Card Account.

You need to redeem your Infinite Membership Points within 1 years. You can track your Infinite Membership Points expiration in your monthly statement through TF Value-Mart App Account.

Infinite Membership Points are valid for one year/ 365 days after the Infinite Membership Point is issued.

You may check your account in TF Value-Mart App or visit our customer service counter for assistance.

You can use your points for purchase at TF Value-Mart.

No, your points cannot be converted to cash.

You can collect points every time you shop with us in TF Value-Mart Store, every month 25th, you can get 2x points in every purchase.

For every RM 1, you will get 1 point.

You can convert every 2,000 points to RM 10 discount to offset that shopping bill in TF Value-Mart store.

At the checkout in-store, inform the cashier you would like to redeem your points to instant discount to offset that shopping bill.

Yes, you’ll receive monthly statement through your registered e-mail address to show total points earned, redeemed, and points that will expire.

Points collected will expire after 12 months, counted at every month end the points are collected. You can track this from your mobile app.
