Mentor, train, manage, and oversee junior cashiers as necessary by providing assistance during customer interactions, verifying prices, and acting according to store policy. Maintain a positive work environment for all Cashiers.

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work process / results. Carry out routines in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure including opening and closing of the store.

Responsible for achievement of sales budget of assigned department. Managed Stocks and Inventory total department. Managed stocks ordering and to minimize out of stocks situation from occur at the department. Ordering to be made by determination of lead time, buffer stocks and based on sales report.

Maintains store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Managed and maintain good relationship with the suppliers. Plan and execute in term of buying and planning. Take charge of purchase decision in line with financial review.
