Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work process / results. Carry out routines in accordance to Standard Operating Procedure including opening and closing of the store.
Hire and trained Sales Assistant on needed skills, knowledge and tools handling. To ensure every single health / safety is been briefed and followed accordingly in the department.
Managing stocks and inventory according to the system.
To manage ordering of stocks and to ensure quality of stocks is met according to the gazetted guidelines.
To ensure price is accuracy (promotion or non promotional item), stock availability, good quality of stocks in display, and to ensure the merchandise / merchandise area is clean..
Keep up with fluctuation of stocks in supply and demand.
Ensure customer service, standard of quality and health / safety is met.
Handle customer queries with empathy.
Managing the schedule of the employees.
Candidates must poses at least Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), Diploma / Degree in any Field.
At least Two (2) years of working experience in retail industry field is required for this position.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, ability to speak in other dialects such as Mandarin, Tamil, and local dialects is an added advantage.
