Job Designation

  • Managed and maintain good relationship with the suppliers
  • Plan and execute in term of buying and planning
  • Take charge of purchase decision in line with financial review.
  • Develop and execute seasonal plan by category or by store for OTB
  • Forecast or projection of re-orders by store
  • Collaborate with Marketing Team on promotion and sales initiative to increase sales.
  • Develop analysis to understand all significant variances
  • Managed stock level and monitor shipment fulfillment and delivery schedule.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, detail oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple task assigned with priorities.
  • Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with colleagues in other departments – marketing, operations, and the store staff.
  • Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interested in process improvement.
  • Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction.
  • Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing staff.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Degree Holder in any discipline with at least Three (3) years working experience in buying, planning merchandising, analyics or relevant role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
